Refund policy
Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If your purchase is more than 30 days old, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging.
Some items are completely excluded from return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or hygiene items, dangerous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Furthermore, the following items cannot be returned:
- Gift vouchers
- Subscriptions and Lessons Pilates Studio

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return the purchased items to the manufacturer.
In certain situations, partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Books with obvious signs of wear
* CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records that have been opened.
Items that are no longer in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Items returned after 30 days from delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and checked your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the item you returned. We will also inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
When your refund has been approved, it will be processed. After a few days, a credit will then be automatically issued to your credit card or the original payment method.

If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again first.
Contact your credit card company afterwards. It may take some time for your refund to be credited.
Contact your bank next. There is often a processing time until a refund is credited to your account.

Offer item (if applicable)
A refund can only be issued for items at regular price, sale items are unfortunately excluded from the refund.
Exchange (if applicable)
An exchange is only granted for defective or damaged items. If you would like to exchange an item for the same item, please send us an email to deny@portpilates.ch
Gifts
When the item is marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a voucher in the amount of the purchase value when returning the item. Once the returned item has been received by us, you will receive a voucher via email.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or sent to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver, and they will be notified of the return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should send your product to: Port Pilates Switzerland, Industiestrasse 22, 8604 Volketswil.
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for the exchanged item to arrive at your location may vary depending on the country you reside in.
If you are shipping an item worth over 75 CHF, you should consider using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
